Our commitment
TDT Communications opposes slavery, servitude, forced labour, debt bondage, deceptive recruiting, human trafficking, forced marriage and the worst forms of child labour. We are committed to treating people fairly and to taking reasonable steps to reduce modern slavery risk in our operations and supply relationships.
Risk awareness
We consider risk factors such as labour hire, subcontracting, vulnerable workers, overseas manufacture, high-risk goods or regions, unusually low pricing, withheld identity documents, recruitment fees, restricted movement and indicators of coercion.
Supplier and contractor expectations
- comply with applicable employment, workplace and human-rights laws;
- provide work freely chosen and without coercion;
- not charge workers improper recruitment fees or retain identity documents;
- maintain accurate employment and payment records;
- provide safe working conditions; and
- cooperate with reasonable enquiries where a modern slavery risk is identified.
Raising and responding to concerns
Concerns may be raised with a TDT director or through admin@tdtcommunications.com.au. We will assess concerns in good faith, seek to protect affected people and consider appropriate investigation, remediation, supplier engagement or escalation.
Review and improvement
We will periodically review this commitment and our procurement practices, particularly if our operations, suppliers or reporting obligations materially change.
