Purpose and application
This Code sets the minimum conduct expected from TDT Communications directors, employees, contractors and representatives. It applies whenever a person is working for, representing or interacting with others on behalf of TDT.
Act honestly and lawfully
We act in good faith, keep accurate records, communicate truthfully and comply with laws, client requirements and TDT procedures. Bribery, corruption, fraud, falsification and improper payments are prohibited.
Treat people with respect
Bullying, harassment, discrimination, victimisation, violence and threatening behaviour are not accepted. We support a workplace where people can contribute safely and are treated fairly.
Protect health, safety and the environment
We follow approved controls, use required protective equipment, report hazards and incidents, remain fit for work and stop work when conditions are unsafe.
Protect information and assets
Client, carrier, employee, commercial and security-sensitive information must only be accessed, used and shared for authorised purposes. Company, client and public assets must be used carefully and lawfully.
Disclose conflicts and gifts
Actual, potential or perceived conflicts of interest must be disclosed. Gifts, benefits or hospitality must never influence - or appear to influence - a business decision.
Raise concerns
Concerns should be raised promptly with a director or by emailing admin@tdtcommunications.com.au. Reports will be considered seriously, handled as confidentially as practical and must not result in retaliation against a person who raises a genuine concern.
Breaches
A breach may lead to removal from site, corrective action, contract consequences, disciplinary action or referral to authorities, depending on the circumstances.
